The action of external periodic pressure on an elastic plate floating on the surface of a fluid assumed to be ideal and incompressible
is examined by the method of normal modes in the linear formulation. The behavior of the matrix of coefficients of the hydrodynamic
load on the plate is considered in detail for different frequencies. The behavior of the plate under localized periodic loading
is compared for the cases of a heavy fluid with a finite or infinite depth and for a weightless infinite-depth fluid.

研究了压电智能板结构的H∞振动控制问题。先采用4节点矩形弯曲薄板单元(含12个位移自由度,2个电自由度)的有限元模型,利用Ham ilton原理得到了智能板结构的运动微分方程,然后综合运用模态截断法、最小实现法和平衡降阶法,对压电智能板结构的系统状态方程进行了降阶处理,得到了可观可控且低阶的近似状态方程,针对该降阶后的系统,利用H∞控制理论求解出能抑制干扰的动态输出反馈控制器,并将该控制器作用到降阶处理前的原系统中,从而能实现原系统抗干扰的振动控制。最后,以智能悬臂薄板结构为例,讨论了降阶过程中出现的一些问题和结论,并求出了相应的动态输出反馈控制器。仿真结果表明,文中的方法可实现压电智能板结构对干扰的抑制。 相似文献

The flow of a second-grade fluid past a porous plate subject to either suction or blowing at the plate has been studied. A
modified model of second-grade fluid that has shear-dependent viscosity and can predict the normal stress difference is used.
The differential equations governing the flow are solved using homotopy analysis method (HAM). Expressions for the velocity
have been constructed and discussed with the help of graphs. Analysis of the obtained results showed that the flow is appreciably
influenced by the material and normal stress coefficient. Several results of interest are deduced as the particular cases

Polycrystalline ceramics have heterogeneous meso-structures which result in high singularity in stress distribution. Based on this, a progressive fragment model was proposed which describes the failure wave formation and propagation in shocked ceramics. The governing equation of the failure wave was characterized by inelastic bulk strain with material damage and fracture. And the inelastic bulk strain consists of dilatant strain from nucleation and expansion of microcracks and condensed strain from collapse of original pores. Numerical simulation of the free surface velocity was performed in good agreement with planar impact experiments on 92.93% aluminas at China Academy of Engineering Physics. And the longitudinal, lateral and shear stress histories upon the arrival of the failure wave were predicted, which present the diminished shear strength and lost spall strength in the failed layer. 相似文献

The forced flexural vibrations and dissipative heating of a bimorph ring plate are studied. The plate is made of viscoelastic
piezoceramics and is polarized across the thickness. The outer surfaces of the plate are nonuniformly electroded, and harmonic
electric excitation is applied to the electrodes. The viscoelastic behavior of the material is described using the concept
of temperature-dependent complex moduli. The coupled nonlinear problem of thermoviscoelasticity is solved by time iteration
using, at each iteration, the discrete-orthogonalization method to integrate the mechanics equations and the explicit finite-difference
method to solve the heat-conduction equation with a nonlinear heat source. Numerical calculations demonstrate that by changing
the size of the ring electrode we can influence the natural frequency, stress and displacement distributions, dissipative-heating
temperature, and amplitude-and temperature-frequency characteristics. With certain boundary conditions, there is an optimal
electrode configuration that produces deflections of maximum amplitudes when an electric excitation is applied

Appling Mindlin's theory of thick plates and Hamilton system to propagation of elastic waves under free boundary condition, a solution of the problem was given. Dispersion equations of propagation mode of strip plates were deduced from eigenfunction expansion method. It was compared with the dispersion relation that was gained through solution of thick plate theory proposed by Mindlin. Based on the two kinds of theories, the dispersion curves show great difference in the region of short waves, and the cutoff frequencies are higher in Hamiltonian systems. Oblique perforation of thick metallic plates by rigid projectiles with various nose shapes is studied in this paper. Two perforation mechanisms, i.e., the hole enlargement for a sharp projectile nose and the plugging formation for a blunt projectile nose, are considered in the proposed analytical model. It is shown that the perforation of a thick plate is dominated by several non-dimensional numbers, i.e., the impact function, the geometry function of projectile, the non-dimensional thickness of target and the impact obliquity. Explicit formulae are obtained to predict the ballistic limit, residual velocity and directional change for the oblique perforation of thick metallic plates. The proposed model is able to predict the critical condition for the occurrence of ricochet.
